Fabrizio was appointed Partner in 1994. His practice is dedicated to Employment Law, dealing with a wide range of cases from Employment advice, Employment litigation, Pensions and Agency agreements. His activity also focuses on data protection issues. He has published various articles including: “Guida al Dirito Commerciale Italiano” and “La liquidazione delle società” (1998 - 2001) and is member of various association of leading employment specialists (EELA – European Employment Lawyers Association and AGL – Associazione Giuristi del Lavoro AGI (Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani) and IBA) and of the British Institute of International and Comparative Law.
