Dietmar is a partner in the Milan office. His experience includes advising major corporate multinational companies and has a specific experience in international corporate transactions. Prior to joining the Firm, he has worked for several years as a Partner in the Corporate Department of a major International law firm, focusing his practice mostly on M&A and Energy. Over his long-lasting professional experience, he has also worked for major law firms in New York and Milan. He is member of the International Bar Association, Section on Environment, Energy and Natural Resources Law. Member of the American Chamber of Commerce and member of the Deutsche Handelskammer.
