| Coming from Italy to present, Fabio is going to disucss the new decree 78 that was issued by the Italian government, which contains a section bringing Italian transfer pricing documentation rules in line with Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) transfer pricing guidelines. He will cover the important aspects of the new decree, the transfer pricing requirements, tax penalties, and how to support arm's length transfer pricing policies with adequate documentation when called upon to do so in a tax audit. |
