Stefano is a partner in the Rome office and is a member of the Tax department. His areas of specialization include corporate tax, transfer pricing, VAT, M&A and private equity. He works for major national and multinational companies operating in different markets as real estate, infrastructure, renewables and healthcare. He sits in the board of auditors of several major companies.
He is member of various advisory committees of the Register of Professional Accountants of Rome and of the National Council of the Register of Professional Accountants of Rome. He is currently member of the International Tax Committee of the Register of Professional Accountants of Rome. He teaches in several postgraduate and graduate courses, including, at the “Register of Professional Accountants of Rome” and at the “Tax Authority School” and he speaks at national and international conferences.
He cooperates with various Italian tax journals and specialized reviews. For some of them, he is on the editorial board.
