Over the years Roberto has acquired a considerable experience in advising and assisting national and international clients on corporate tax and extraordinary operations, Italian Tax Law, International Tax Law, accountancy and Mergers and Acquisitions and sits in the board of auditors of several major companies. His clients are mostly national and multinational companies operating in markets as finance, publishing, pharmaceutical, beauty, automotive and utilities.
