Paolo was appointed Partner in 2005. He spent a period of time in the European Parliament of Luxembourg before working as in-house lawyer in the Luxembourg branch of a Swiss bank (from 1996 to 1997) where he mostly dealt with legal aspects of international financial transactions and asset management of major Italian and foreign investors. He currently is the head of the Banking and Finance Department of the Firm. His areas of specialization include Banking & Finance, Project Finance, Private Equity and Insolvency. He has been invited as speaker to several seminars, including in-house seminars for ENEL’s officers and has co-authored the IPSOA Francis Lefevre’s Memento publications: “Fallimento”, “Società” and “Contratti di Impresa” from 2002 to 2008.
