Paola was appointed partner in 2003. Her areas of specialization include general commercial Litigation, Arbitration and Mediation, advising on Commercial Contracts (distributorship, franchising, agency), Product Liability, International Private Law.
She provided contributions in the publications of articles and chapters in some juridical manuals for commercial agreements and civil procedural law; she recently published an article on the new developments on class actions in the Italian legal system.
