| The National Report on Taxpayer Protection in Italy was written in occasion of the biggest international tax conference ever organized in Poland, which was held on 9 and 10 May 2008 at University of Lodz. In accordance with the detailed guidelines, the Report deals with the constitutional principles representing the pillars of the Italian tax system, the Taxpayer's Bill of Rights, the basic features of tax proceedings and litigation, including tax rulings.
