Mauro is a partner in the Milan office. He worked as partner for different international law firms in Milan prior to joining CMS. His areas of expertise include Bankruptcy procedures, Extraordinary Administration, clients in negotiation and filing in and out Court agreements with creditors, restructuring plan, turnaround deals. He was lecturer at several seminars and university courses on Bankruptcy Laws and Corporate Law matters in Milan.
