Giuseppe Ascoli is a partner in the Tax Department of the Firm.
His activity includes working with public and private institutions on issues such as company evaluations, general tax and corporate assistance. He is currently co-operating with specialized magazines dealing with taxation topics also through the publication of qualified articles. His areas of specialization include corporate tax and extraordinary operations.
He is member of IFA - International Fiscal Association and of the IFA General Counsel. He is currently professor of Business Management at the University of Cassino.
